Shipping Policy

Order processing takes 3-5 business days. All orders comes with a tracking number and you will be able to track your order along the way.

After your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information. Delivery to the United States takes 7-10 business days. Delivery outside of the United States takes 14-21 business days.

Delivery dates for all shipments are set by the carrier and are NOT guaranteed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please make sure you have listed your complete and correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We ship orders to the address provided to us. We are not responsible for deliveries where an old, incomplete, or inaccurate address is provided to us and are unable to refund or replace items where the address provided to us is an old, incomplete, or inaccurate. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address.

Signature Options

All domestic shipping services have a signature option. Customers concerned about lost or stolen deliveries should choose a shipping option that requires a signature. We are not responsible for shipments lost or stolen once they have been delivered to your location.

Returned To Sender

Orders shipped via Fedex and returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or abandoned (never picked up from FedEx location) are refunded minus a $25 return shipping fee. This fee is charged to us by the carrier. 

We do send out tracking information and tracking updates with every order, so be sure to monitor the progress of your delivery.
